The Dream Manager program helps people identify, prioritize, and create action plans for their personal and professional dreams, goals, and ambitions. The Dream Manager program is the ultimate personal development program, designed around the concepts described and explained in The Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly and complemented by personal strategic-planning practices. In addition, key learnings from Kelly’s The Rhythm of Life book provide work-life balance approaches that help participants become “better versions” of themselves. Taken together, The Dream Manager Program provides a comprehensive approach for people to achieve their dreams and develop a personal strategic plan for their life. Companies thrive with a well-thought-out strategic plan, individuals do too.
Each participant meets with his/her Dream Manager once a month for approximately fifty minutes. During each of these sessions, one module from the Dream Manager Program course is covered. Each module has unique material and common elements that provide continuity from one session to the next. Using The Dream Manager Program workbook provided to each “dream catcher”, participants take notes, record personal observations, and track their progress across time. Take-home exercises allow the participant to continue the Program between sessions and encourage them to apply what they have learned and use the content in their daily life.
